{"id":145,"date":"2008-12-13T16:14:39","date_gmt":"2008-12-14T01:14:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.talus-and-heavner.com\/blog\/?p=145"},"modified":"2008-12-13T16:14:39","modified_gmt":"2008-12-14T01:14:39","slug":"santa-swarm-san-fran","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.talus-and-heavner.com\/blog\/?p=145","title":{"rendered":"Santa Swarm San Fran"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The geophysicists must have been good this year&#8211;Santa(s) are here to greet us!\u00a0 I finished up a grading and took a walk around Chinatown.\u00a0 There were about 3000 folks in Santa get ups (according to one reputable Santa).\u00a0 Just walking around.\u00a0 There were elves (with &#8220;agent&#8221; tags, and &#8220;ear bud\/coil&#8221; like the agents from the matrix) helping santas only cross streets when it was a walk sign, etc.\u00a0 There was even one very convincing Jesus walking (with serious elve guards&#8211;no pictures, no touching..).\u00a0 It was awesome!<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"400\" height=\"267\" data=\"http:\/\/picasaweb.google.com\/s\/c\/bin\/slideshow.swf\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\"><param name=\"flashvars\" value=\"host=picasaweb.google.com&amp;RGB=0x000000&amp;feed=http%3A%2F%2Fpicasaweb.google.com%2Fdata%2Ffeed%2Fapi%2Fuser%2Fmatt.heavner%2Falbumid%2F5279445616506014465%3Fkind%3Dphoto%26alt%3Drss%26authkey%3DS6v9cfq9OvQ\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/picasaweb.google.com\/s\/c\/bin\/slideshow.swf\" \/><\/object><\/p>\n<p>UPDATES:<\/p>\n<p>1) out of control santas! A bunch were walking around w\/ joints, many had brown bags they were drinking out of, I saw lots with pints of brandy<\/p>\n<p>I think one just took a leak in the street bush in front of the triton!<\/p>\n<p>They are having a blast. \u00a0The elves are hilarious. \u00a0Jesus was awesome.
