Catching up, yesterday, October 25, there was 2 male and 3 female featured obituaries in the New York Times. October 24, there was 3 male and 1 female featured obituaries in the New York Times. ** WHAT?!?!? Montserrat Caballe (a Spanish Diva) was a featured obituary on both Sunday, October 7 and again on Monday, October 8. The header changed very marginally (I think for spacing) and at my quick review, the obit itself was exactly the same. Why?? Why was it featured two days in a row? Yes, I learned about an interesting life the first read, but didn’t need the review the next day..
